Building Contractor : Oversaw hurricane disaster restoration management. Maintained accounts receivable/payable and branch bunk account. Developed and implemented contractor/sub-contractor agreements, negotiated construction contracts, and managed construction material supply acquisition. Coordinated delivery schedule for installation, selective site demotion, and rubbish removal scheduling, as well as crane/crew scheduling, commercial/residential roofing, interior restoration, and remodeling. Managed sub-contractors; negotiated salaries and retention.
